    Technical Introduction

    The one-time multi-layer acoustic cavitation plugging and increasing production and injection technology is an oil and water well production and injection technology independently developed by our company. It can achieve seven layers of plugging without moving the construction pipe column, and the effective thickness of one pipe column can reach 30-40m, which is not affected by the span. The construction process is simple, the construction time is short, and the construction risk is low. It is a physical method plugging technology that can effectively alleviate interlayer conflicts.

    Technical advantages

    1. The vertical effective range of a single tool is 5-7m, which is more suitable for oil and water wells with prominent interlayer contradictions.

    2. A maximum of seven sets of acoustic cavitation unblocking tools can be inserted into the construction column at once, reducing the ineffective time of degassing and layer replacement and shortening the construction time.

    3. Avoiding repeated well killing and layer replacement, contaminating the already unblocked interval again, prolonging the effective time of reservoir backflow, and improving the effect of unblocking, increasing production, and increasing injection.

    4. The negative pressure effect of mixed gas water can quickly discharge the blockage generated by unblocking from the wellbore, improving the efficiency of unblocking.

    5. It can be combined with conventional chemical unblocking to achieve better results in composite unblocking.

    Equipment requirements

    1. 400 type or above pump trucks and nitrogen production truck sets.
