Technical Introduction
This process technology uses a full well temperature shallow layer low-density casing plugging agent as the main plugging material. This material is a new type of plugging material independently developed by our company. It is mainly made of sulfoaluminate, and modified materials such as bauxite, limestone, hard gypsum, and dihydrate gypsum are added. After high-temperature calcination, it is ground and screened into a greenish gray powder with a mesh size of over 150, and then dried at 60-80 ℃. When used, it is mixed evenly with water and composite additives and pumped into the section to be plugged. It has wide applicability, low specific gravity, adjustable initial setting time, and excellent sealing effect for shallow free section casing breaking. It can completely replace the casing replacement process, reducing costs and increasing efficiency.

3. Strong adhesion to the casing and excellent resistance to high temperature aging, without peeling off from the casing at 330-350 ℃.

5. Good drillability, fast drilling speed, average drilling speed of 1-2m/min.
Adapt to well conditions
1. The free section casing above the cement return height is damaged, and the casing loss well is severe.
2. The damaged casing is deformed and cannot be fitted onto the damaged well.
3. The damaged formation has serious leakage and cannot effectively seal the well.
4. The steam injection well casing is broken and sealed, or its abandoned interval is sealed.
5. Conventional casing plugging and formation sealing.
Equipment requirements
1. Vehicle requirements: 400 type or above pump trucks, mixing tanks or cementing trucks, ash tankers.
2. Media requirements: Clear water or filtered reinjection wastewater.
